Brina Propezi
My name is Brina and I am in the process of completing my master’s in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. I received my undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the University of Calgary. My own positive and productive experience with counselling has led me to enter this profession.
My goal as a counsellor is to lead my sessions with a non-judgmental, empathetic perspective, where I want all of my clients to feel comfortable and supported. I believe in a collaborative process for therapy, where the counsellor and client are both actively involved.
The first step in this process is what you are currently doing by acknowledging that you would like to start therapy. It does not matter what stage you are currently residing in; the importance is that you are here, wanting to initiate or continue this process. I look forward to starting this journey with you.

Brad Van Der Putten
Hello, my name is Brad, and I am currently completing the practicum part of my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I also have an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Alberta. For the last 13 years I've worked as a paramedic and a firefighter. While in this field I developed an interest in mental health, and the impacts that it may have on one's life. I'm particularly interested in the effects of trauma on one's wellbeing.
I take a collaborative approach to counselling, working with each individual in creating an empathetic and supportive environment where we work on the problem at hand together. I look forward to meeting you.
